"It was a very good hotel with this price, rewe is in vicinity and you can buy everything you need.
The only thing I did not like was some unreal explanations about room, based on room description it was supposed to have a partial view to bodensee, but was not met, and bathroom facilities was not complete."
"The Schafli is a companion hotel to the Hotel Uzwil which is a good 4*.
Breakfast was at the Uzwil, a 10 minute walk but worth it as an above average breakfast in a lovely clean restaurant.
The bedroom at Schafli was clean, good sized shower room and functional. No staff on site and seems to cater over business overnight customers.
Very handy for the excellent rain service across Switzerland and cheaper than Zurich"
"This Hotel close to Lake Constance was very nice. The Mittelalter concept was great and we also had a small view of the lake. It was fun staying there. From there you can walk around and explore Meersburg. "

Only wrinkle is that the parking they give you is about 15 minutes away and the map they give you isn't very well marked. Take about 5 minutes to get your GPS set before leaving the small loading zone next to the hotel."

"Excellent and nice surprise - great price- beautiful- staff- Marta at front desk amazing. Truly lovely and so helpful. Breakfast included that was a huge buffet - complimentary coffee in lobby and in the room was a surprise. First location in 2 weeks in Switzerland where I didnât have to pay for coffee. Location ideal. I will definitely return! Thank you for a lovely stay- wish it was more than one night. "
"The easy proximity to the ferry, and the balcony to enjoy the view of the lake and promenade were such welcomed bonuses. Even when it rained we could sit and enjoy the view with the fresh air coming in, with plenty of space. We stayed in the family room, with lake view. Breakfast could not have been better. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Looking forward to coming back!"
"Very decent standard of IHG property, new and modern with all the facilities you'd expect. Staff were friendly and helpful and tried their best at all times.
Breakfast can get very hectic and there needs to be a better timed booking system and a system where people don't hang about reading newspapers - that can be done elsewhere (their room for instance!)
Water needs to be provided in take-away plastic bottles and not the glass/crown cap style at the moment.
A/C control needs much more improvement and the controls work correctly."
