"The host is very kind and communication is timely and jovial. The place is perfectly sized for a couple. Small bathroom but not too small. The location cannot be beat - one block from the beach. The local grocery store across the street is fantastic with European choices, amazing true Italian pizza and pastries. They have a coffee shop as well. There’s a great choices of cafes and restaurants walking distance and within 3 miles. The deck for the second floor unit is a great place to hang for morning coffee.Melbourne Beach was sparsely populated and covered in shells during our stay the weekend of July 17."

"We booked our stay here for a girls' trip, and we had the most amazing experience! From the moment we reached out with questions about parking, the staff was incredibly helpful. We were a group of six arriving in three different cars because of our work schedules, and they were so accommodating in helping us with the parking arrangements. When we arrived on Friday around noon, our room was already ready, and the check-in process was quick and seamless. We stayed in the 6-Guest Family Suite with a pool view, and it was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated. There was plenty of room for all of our luggage and groceries, and we never felt cramped. The atmosphere was perfect because it never felt overcrowded, and being just steps from the beach was definitely the best part of our stay. There were also plenty of great restaurants and bars within walking distance, so we always had something to do. On our last day, they even allowed us to leave our cars parked so we could enjoy a few more hours at the beach before heading home. The staff was great!! Overall, it was a 10/10 experience. We'll definitely be back and will absolutely be recommending this property to my family and friends!"

"Good sized house for a crowd.Ice maker didn’t work well. Water pressure was really low in one of the upstairs showers and the downstairs bedroom sinks. Gas grill was very soiled and didn’t heat evenly-knobs to control the heat level barely worked. Kitchen lacked some basic items, such as trivets for hot food, enough pots with lids, certain utensils such as a spatula, measuring cups for cooking and measuring spoons. Could not clean the floors except with a broom and dust pan- lots of sand gets into the house despite best efforts.Management was quick to respond to issues and was able to provide assistance when possible. And staff was always pleasant and kind!"

"We rented this gorgeous beach house for our family get away (even though most of us live within 2 hours away or closer!) and it was perfect. The hosts were fabulous and the house had everything we could want or need and then some provided! The week there was amazing and we saw turtles coming right up to the stairs that lead down to the beach every single night. It was a great property and made for a very special family vacation! I can definitely see us renting this exact property in the future!"

"We were looking for a place for a low-key summer break at the beach where we could bring our dog with us and this place fit the bill perfectly. Clean, convenient and in a very cool and eclectic area between Indialantic and Sebastian. Quiet and the beaches are still the ones we were raised on and remember well. Can walk right out onto sand from backdoor and into beautiful water and excellent break. Stones throw from Spessard, Spanish House and Sebastian. Great for a locals getaway."

"I' would give the location 5 stars, the beach is lovely and the sunrises were awesome. Saw new turtle tracks in the sand each morning. The property photos on the website appear to be dated, as the deck is unpainted in the photos, however, has been painted turquoise some time ago and the paint is now blistered and peeling. The property could use some updating in the baths, and some new beach chairs/gear. The sliding glass doors are newer impact doors but look like they hadn't been cleaned in a while, Overall we had a nice time, but it was a little pricey given the property condition. The refrigerated keg of Stella was a nice surprise!"

"Sima is a great host! Property is perfectly located to enjoy ocean sounds and sights. We wanted a place offering peace and quiet but close enough to good restaurants and essential shopping. The property fully met our expectations. For those worrying about sargassum...insignificant amounts and no smell during our stay. Highly recommend."
