Very Accommodating, allowed early check in and late check out as we had two different rooms overlapping during the weekend. Personal number for property manager for 24 hr access is impeccable! "What an absolutely wonderful place to stay in Melbourne Beach. The property is absolutely beautiful and the room, food outstanding. We stayed in the Sunrise room for our 40th anniversary and had wonderful views of the sunrise each morning we were there. The social hour in the afternoon was nice added touch with some great food and drinks after a day at the beach. Can't wait to go back!"

"What a wonderful home. Love the access to the beach. My kids spent hours out on the beach trying to surf and boogie board. We even had a dolphin show up the last morning we were there. It was so cool to see the sea turtle tracks. Lots of good sea shells to find too. Did not get to see any rocket launches but was told by one of the locals that you can see them just to the north of the house along the beach line. This house has it all. We did make breakfast each morning but there is enough supplies to cook any meal you would want. Views of the sunrise are breathtaking. Thanks for letting us stay are your beautiful beach home. "

"WOW ! The whole area is built for enjoying time with family and friends. We rented golf carts and took full advantage of the community pool and secluded beach! This unit is PERFECTLY suited to enjoy time together and have plenty of space to retreat together in private spaces too. Kitchen is large and open. Easy to prep meals together. Private pool is just perfect. The open area behind the house worked for frisbee and bocce. We had a hard time leaving! Looking forward to a return trip soon I hope. "

"We had the most amazing stay at this property! It was clean, comfortable, and perfect! The balcony and 2 rooms had amazing views of the beach, and we could hear the waves at night in the bedroom. Its such a close walk from the condo to the beach, which made life easy - and the beach was not busy or crowded. The pool was a wonderful feature, and was also clean and relaxing. The living room furniture and beds were awesome - they were comfortable and in great condition, a huge perk for me since I have a back injury. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing beach stay. We will be back for sure!"
