I checked in on my birthday and the staff went all out, upgrading my room for free, had cake waiting in my room, gave me a complimentary breakfast, etc. I was overwhelmed by the attention they went into to make my birthday memorable. "Fab-u-ous! The part we stayed in has only just opened & some landscaping still taking place outside but didn't cause any issues. All the staff were brilliant, large room, spotlessly clean & the food excellent. Lovely pool area & a short walk to hop on, hop off bus stop or the hotel offers a shuttle to some locations. Couldn't fault anything, we will be going back next year."
