"Fantastic location.....great room....and staff was amazing. Only drawback is that it is not directly on a canal but i will trade the quiet for the bustle of a canal. The afternoon tea was an added plus. Oh, one other minor issue. While breakfast was great, scrambled eggs were too runny for my taste. I will never stay anywhere else in Venice. They make you feel at home."

The room was spotless and very comfortable, and the entire hotel had a warm, elegant atmosphere that made us feel instantly at ease. We also arranged a private transfer through the hotel, and it was completely seamless. The third-party company they worked with was excellent—professional, punctual, and exactly the kind of high-quality service you’d expect from a hotel like this. Every interaction with the staff was lovely, and you could tell they genuinely cared about making our stay special. From the smooth logistics to the little thoughtful touches, everything added up to an amazing experience. This was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at, and I’ll definitely be returning.
