The hotel is one block over from Bourbon St and one block up from where things get going on Bourbon St. We were there off season and Bourbon St was under construction so crowds were not as large as usual. We had a room on the street side but could not hear any music or noise. In the morning there was the usual street traffic noise. Room was very large, clean and nicely appointed. Location was excellent! A few places to eat and have a drink inside, great fuse from observatory 11 and from our room; easy walking distance to the French Quarter Bourbon Street and other places. Particular shout out to the guys and the young lady out front that helped us get a cab an Uber or a shuttle. Every day they offered a friendly greeting with a smile and unbounded professionalism. We will recommend this hotel to family and friends that are in that area.
