"A balcony room overlooking Bourbon St. is a must book. The room comes with a white noise machine and ear plugs. Genius! We slept very well! Enjoyed our stay. Will book with Four Points again."

"We love staying here. It's in a great spot, without being right in the middle of everything. Only complaint on this trip was the pool was pretty dirty. That wasn't the case for all of our other visits though."

"Absolutely amazing stay! My significant other and I really enjoyed our visit. The room was wonderful, and we were especially grateful to find such a beautiful hotel that accommodated my service dog. I did want to share a couple of small suggestions. First, the tint or film on the suite windows made it difficult to fully enjoy the city view. If it could be removed, the view would truly be TOP TIER. And also the lighting wasn’t as great bulb needs to be on 75/100 watts. lol I really like to see in the room it was so dim, but we made it work! Second, around 10:00 a.m., housekeeping began trying to enter the room by rattling the door handle. Didn’t knock and luckily he was standing near to grab the door and yell out we’re still in here….and immediately he grab the door bc he was indisposed and not dressed, Our checkout time was 11:00 a.m., not 10:00 a.m. He was upset and we mentioned it to the front desk manager, who said he would let housekeeping team know. about the incident!! Other than that, we had a wonderful experience and will definitely be staying again!"
