The staff was nice when I checked in but after that, there was no communication really. That didn’t bother me bc I keep to myself but I did notice the difference. "First of all, the website lies. The free breakfast sucked, literally just stale toast. You don’t get the welcome package the website details. Or a towel at all. They also didn’t keep track of what room people were staying in so when my group got there they put us in one room, then came in 5 minutes later and told us we had to move. We finally got situated into a room, and another group of girls told us their room had bed bugs. Luckily we didn’t see any in our room... but it was still really...
