"The room is clean, the staffs cleaned my room everyday. Amenities is poor. Even I asked for a cup of hot water they said they didn’t have. First day I checked in, I couldn’t open the safer, I asked for the service, the staff came and removed it but didn’t supply another one. I reminded to receptionists twice. Everyone had different excuses!"

Also, the bridge that connects the parking garage to the hotel is closed, and sometimes crossing with children can be dangerous.
