"After some initial hiccups, Stefania, the manager, put everything right. We were upgraded to a premium suite and the staff couldn't have been nicer or more efficient.
The location is SUPERB. Totally central - we walked EVERYWHERE and yet it's on a tranquil street just steps from Covent Garden. Absolutely unimpeachable location.
The staff were outstanding. We had some initial issues but they were sorted out with the utmost care for our needs, and overall everyone did an amazing job...
