"Hotel was easy to find and approximately 10 minute walk from the tram station which takes you into the city centre or to the airport. Room was clean and comfortable however the walls are very thin and as such this makes for a noisy atmosphere. We could hear people coming in late at night and leaving early in the morning. However this was my only real problem with the hotel. Decent for price. "

"No complaints, super comfortable. It was clean and very convenient, the bus stop is right outside and it’s a 10 minute walk to various restaurants, shops and convenience stores. There is no breakfast at the property. We did have trouble contacting the property before hand, and Expedia was also unable to contact them. It shows permanently closed on Apple Maps but it is open. When we arrived, they said they don’t even know that number that was online, however the correct phone numbers are listed...

"For the money we paid , the room, amenities and the friendly welcome we got from Craig on arrival were first class.Location was excellent for buses, trams etc. Would definitely consider using again."

"Great location for exploring Edinburgh, city centre is easily walkable. Arrived late due to transport issues and host was very accommodating. Room was downstairs so no windows, but was clean and a nice place to stay in. Private bathroom wasn’t en suite which wasn’t an issue, but I feel like this could have been made clearer when booking. Other than that, great price for a very convenient location. "

"Only stayed 1 night as stopover. No breakfast or parking but room was clean and comfy, perfect for what was needed for us. Two things I'd ask to fix: shelf in bathroom was falling down and curtains didn't quite cover the window so light crept in bit too early. Other than that it was perfectly nice accommodation, easy check-in and check-out"
