"I want to be transparent here. My room was barebones, but it is what I paid for, and for that I was satisfied. If you’re looking for the 5 star experience without paying for it, that’s unrealistic here for right now. The staff were friendly and flexible. It’s my hope that Richmond hotel will provide more amenities, upgrades, and repairs as it gets more guests there."

"We booked online got there got 2 rooms and total horror, Prostitution heavy drug area. People hanging around rooms were aweful, there was blood on bed sheet, a big punch hole in Bathroom door as well as bathroom door in 3 separate parts one of the doors had big wide gap at bottom of door, could see through and any snake or critter could have slid in. "

The house was fantastic because it was affordable for college kids (though one needed to be 30 years of age to book it…I exceed that age), it had lots of beds and enough bathrooms and a kitchen. "I loved that they had a variety of breakfasts and 24/7 access to coffee and tea, and amenities for them. The bed was extremely comfortable! Best I've ever experienced! I also liked that they had shelving under the bathroom sink I could put things that I would need in the bathroom. I liked they had a thermostat on the wall to control the A/C by temp too. I could go on but I'll stop. "
