"This apartment was as advertised; spacious and well located in a suburb of Edinburgh. The hosts are generally busy with a b&b in the main part of the building, but were helpful when we needed it and interesting to talk to. And they have a couple of lovely dogs on the property. "

"It was a lovely stay. The house is spacious and enough for 5 people. We like the backyard and the kitchen mostly. We are the first guest but we liked it. Tram is exactly 13-15 min walk. Bus stop is also near by but not that frequent. On cleanliness washroom and cupboard can be little more but I am sure the host of this house is so good that he will take this point. "My wife and I enjoyed our stay here! The room is basic but equipped with all the essentials (private entrance, private bathroom, kitchen sink, and fridge). It’s perfect for use as a home base while spending your days out and about. It is very close to a bus stop, about a 4 min walk, which gives easy connection to the rest of the city. The family is very quiet and we were not disturbed at all during our stay. "
