"Great location. Clean nice room. We got the twin which looked larger than others passing by in the hallway. It also was a corner room overlooking mountains and trains. Trains did not bother use. Across the street from limo bus straight from Kansai airport."

"Staff weren’t good English speakers but still kind and helpful. The fancy pool in the pictures on rooftop with lazy river was not available to us - language barrier on reason why but I think it’s because we didn’t stay in the expensive suite building that it was connected to. The pool we did get access to we had to pay for and my girls could only swim in one lane. The pool was the only disappointment. The breakfast buffet was wonderful and the onsite family mart too! Rooms were larger than expected with comfy beds. Lobby was beautiful. Hotel shuttle and access to train stations were perfect. We would stay again. "
