"We had a very comfortable stay in the east wing family room for our family of 4. We love that there are 4 beds in the spacious room. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and in a safe and convenient location near several train stations. It’s great they have a laundry facility there, although you have to go down the elevator with your laundry and walk through the lobby and use the main elevators to get there from the east wing where all the family rooms are located. The staff was very professional and helpful. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!"

"Hotel is good for families as there were 4 of us in one room. Quite far from Shibuya but 3 stops from Disney. Really liked having the onsen and the 24hr convenience store attached. Buffet breakfast was ok, not outstanding but had some good Japanese options. Western options were a bit limited."

"Walking distance to 2 metro stations, clean and friendly, we had a lovely stay at APA Roppongi. We appreciated the super compact but comfortable rooms and the onsen was much needed after long days discovering Tokyo. Breakfast at Sakura each day is a must as not only is it delicious, most cafes in Tokyo don’t open until after 10. Staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!"
