"Check in and check out process was a breeze. Staff is friendly and accommodating. My hotel room was comfortable and had modern touches. Definitely recommend bringing an adapter for your devices since the outlets only support UK/Europe plugs. They do have outlets for USB & Type C plugs in the room. Can’t say much for the amenities or restaurants in the building as I did not try them during my stay. Location is great - lots of shops, food and bars nearby. You’ll have access to transportation to visit the other tourist areas Hong Kong has to offer. Definitely would book here again in the future!"

"Good location though it’s access to the subway involves quite a long walk underground, just FYI. I was given a beautiful room in the corner with a curved window. The room was large and very comfortable; the view mesmerizing and the staff was great. I had two meals in the Chinese restaurant and they were both good. The only thing I didn’t like was the hotel access involves two different elevators. You enter on Hanoi Road and take an elevator to the lobby level and walk around the corner toward another elevator to your room. A minor inconvenience in an otherwise beautiful hotel. Great experience."
