"The room size was okay, and the bathroom was spacious. However, the room did not have a coffee maker, and the toilet flush handle was partially broken. Our room was also not cleaned on one of the days during our stay. We did not opt out of housekeeping. The cleaning staff member told us that they would be skipping our room for some reason, although I do not remember the specific reason given. The safe was locked when we arrived. I notified the staff on the first night, but no one came to address the issue. I notified them again on our second-to-last night, but by that point, there was no longer any point in having someone come to check it."
