"Not enough handicap parking - and parking lots stayed full forcing us to park quite a distance from our handicap access room. Room was also showing some wear, not bad but just below what I expect of a Hyatt."

"This place was perfect for our overnight trip from our Bay Area home so we could attend an evening event at Monterey’s Golden State Theater. We walked to and from a fabulous restaurant for dinner. We walked to and from the event. We walked to and from a superb bakery for breakfast. We walked to and from a bit of shopping in the old downtown area. Finally, we got back in our car and drove home. Will definitely stay here again!"

"“Old style” Hotel, right in the middle of town, so much to do and see. Great restaurants right next to the hotel, I chose to park across the street, in the public parking structure, easy in and out. The room was basic but clean, very small tv, clean sheets, bathroom was small but clean and nice. No complaints at all, it’s priced right, for what you get, in this area. "
