"The Leoni Villa is the perfect spot for a family vacation. There were 14 of us from 2 years old to 65 years old and we all had a great time! The rooms are great as well as the grounds which offers lemon, plum and olive trees. The Villa also has a spectacular pool with great views. Marco the caretaker was wonderful and helped us with anything we needed."

"Our family of 17 stayed at a villa near Montespertoli. In fact the villa also was a winery and olive oil producer. Nicola was the host as well as the owner. He was available for everyone of our guest. Requests from laundry to suggestions for restaurants, to taxi services to Florence...Nicola was always available to take care of us. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect venue and host."

"This house is incredible, leaving no stone ( literally) unturned to find a balance between preserving the medieval charm of the house but providing modern comforts. Even the water pressure is great! Beds are all comfortable. The views from the decks are breathtaking ! We loved exploring Tuscany with this amazing house as our base . "

"Amazing Property! The house was impeccably clean, with spacious bedrooms and comfortable beds. Our gracious host Nicola spoiled us with his generosity. He went beyond our expectations to ensure that our stay was perfect. He and his wife welcomed us with a delicious homemade apple cake. He drove us to the nearby town of Montespertoli to pick-up groceries and provisions. He recommended a local chef to cook for us at the villa. The meal was amazing and memorable. We will be back!"

"Great place & beautiful location. Only issue is the two bedrooms are right next to each other upstairs and you can easily hear all conversation in the other room. This is very good location if you want to be near Florence but be out of the city and enjoy the area."

"We rented this lovely house for three weeks and used it as our base camp as we explored Tuscany (and beyond). We loved the backyard, the large kitchen, and the large bedrooms. It was a great place for our family!!"

"We had a fantastic time in the hills of Chianti. The hosts were so sweet and welcoming! The house is exactly as pictured, but what is not pictured is how lovely it was to sit in front of a lit fire in the evenings with a glass of wine. The surrounding countryside is lovely, and the house is within easy driving distance from everywhere we wanted to see. The grocery store is an easy 8 minute drive, and the house is well stocked.
