"The property itself was beautiful with a great pool with a view. The hotel had a large group of students that night and so perhaps things might be better another time. We were in a separate out-building where the bed was terrible -- an old spring mattress where you could feel the springs and it sagged. We suspect the main-house rooms may be better. "A great place for a family vacation. An intimate cottage on a hill with a very large garden and a private swimming pool allows for a great rest. A small town with a delicious pizza (Bar L'Incontro) and a great wine bar (Benedetto Vino) A great starting point to Florence, Siena, San Gimignano, Volterre and the seaside (Follonica, Cecina).
