"Stayed for only 1 night but would gladly stay for more if we were there for longer. We got to the hotel before check-in time and were accomodated instantly as they already had our room cleaned and ready early which was nice. The check-in clerk made sure we knew the differences between staying on one side of the building vs. the other side. There was a club/party nearby so we were made aware that one side is more susceptible to noise that night. We opted to stay on the quieter side and it was perfect. The room was a little tight in terms of space but for us as a couple it was fine. The lighting options in the room are pretty cool and are also controllable through a tablet; as is the television, curtains, blinds, and atmosphere of the room. The location was also nice and close to landmarks and sights as well as good restaurants. At checkout, the staff held our luggage for us for a few extra hours which was also nice and did not come at additional cost. Would stay here again."

"Lovely boutique hotel, came here for a work trip and went back for a personal trip. Included breakfast is a great start to the day. Staff friendly and knowledgeable letting us know what is going on in the area. Couldn’t recommend this place more if you are heading to Zurich!"

"awesome stay overall. only thing i would say is the staff is not well informed on the swiss travel pass information. the boat that stops at the hotel is covered by swiss travel pass however on arrival the staff told us it’s not covered causing us inconvenience. "

"We highly recommend this hotel for a city stay in Zurich. The rooms are luxurious, clean and very comfortable. The staff are so friendly and the service is excellent and attentive. The breakfast was fantastic. Good choice of foods on the buffet and freshly cooked eggs to order. The hotel is very pretty and interesting and centrally situated for walking in the city and for the train station. We would absolutely stay here again. "

"Staff was very kind and helpful. Good assortment of foods for the continental breakfast. Area convenient to Old Town and train station. Only downside was no air conditioning in the rooms. This was noticed upon booking the hotel, but I didn’t think it would be needed at the end of May. A fan was provided, along with leaving window open at night provided some relief. "

"Good hotel, good location, and clean. The staff was super friendly upon check-in and helped answer any questions we had. The location is convenient, not too far from the train. There are restaurants associated with the hotel and attached but the food wasn't super great and it was pricey. "
