"Unit was very dirty, floor in bathroom covered in hair, and a lot of maintenance is required in the unit. Bath towels are so tiny, and very stained and had hair embedded in the towels Shower had no pressure, shower head attached with tape. Where tiles are broken in the shower the problem was resolved with silicone. Walls and ceiling very dirty and aircons dont work"

"The Hydro offers appealing apartment accommodation and the location is very good in Sandton. However the onsite service from the manager was very disappointing. There were discrepancies in what was advertised as inclusive with hotels.com and what was provided on arrival (free wi-fi access, DSTV). The manager was seldom on site and we had to deal with security personell to try and assist us. Based on this reason, we would rather book elsewhere when next on business in Johannesburg."
