"Checking was at 14h00 and only they gave us the key after 15h00. The place wasnt clean, mayonase in the oven, bathrooms dirty and the towels were still drying in the dryer. No soap or shampoo to bath. The place had a bad odour. Vomit in the passage outside the apartment without cleaning. We expected way more as it was supposed to be a presidential suite and penthouse, but we stayed on the 12 floor and there were 14 floors. What we paid for is not what we got. Im sorry but we wont recommend this...

"We had a wonderful stay a The Cliffside. Every single member of staff went out of their way to make our stay as enjoyable as possible for us. We had forgotten to organise dinner in advance, but the chef on site went above & beyond to cook us up the most delicious vegetarian curry. Not only that, they set up a lovely private dining area in our rooms garden to enjoy it in. Couldn’t have been happier with our stay here and will definitely be back."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. Unfortunately we had rooms right above the reception which was an open rotunda and early in the morning they were vacuuming, polishing the floors and talking loudly which woke us up."
