"This resort is awesome !! Everything you need for family fun inside this hotel . Shutter-bus access through out the day to all parks is very convenient and safe . My teenagers were able to come and go with front door hotel access whenever they were ready to go back to the resort . "

"The room was veey cozy. Amazing pillows and nice firm bed. Bathrooms could be updated but other than that everyone was great. Oh and they need to take the sign down at there Starbucks that says after hours see front desk. That was the only ignorant staff member"

"I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn across from Universal Studios Florida and had an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. Check-in and check-out were incredibly smooth, and the customer service was top-notch. A special shoutout to Sabrina, who went above and beyond — both over email and on the phone — to answer all my questions before I even arrived. This was my first time in Orlando, and she made me feel so prepared and welcomed. The location couldn’t be more convenient — literally right across the street from Universal! The shuttle service to the parks was perfectly on time, and honestly, the walk isn’t bad at all if you prefer that (15min) . The night before our 2-day park adventure, I even used the public transportation right outside the hotel to get to a nearby grocery store. It was super easy to navigate. I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next visit to Universal Orlando"

"Loved this hotel! It's walking distance from Universal Studios and very clean. It also appeared to be newly renovated in some areas. There's a Starbucks and other restaurants onsite. The onsite restaurants were pricier than expected, but the service was excellent! There's also other restaurants in walking distance that have better pricing. There's plenty of parking, but at $33 per day it's seems like a lot. Overall, great experience for me and my family."
