"I did the room and express pass bundle. I was expecting to use the passes for Epic but the when I checked-in they notified me that the passes aren't going to work in Epic. But check-in went smoothly and they have the option to valet or self park if you are driving. The room was nice and clean but the only problem I had was in the bathroom. The shower was water was over flowing when I was taking a shower. I had to place towels down so the water didn't get in the room. They do have a lot of food options an a lot of amenities. I went to one of the restaurant on site and sat at the bar; Money was my server and he was great. I also went to the pool and atmosphere was wonderful."

"The location, convenience and cleanliness of the hotel was fantastic. I would have no issue staying again. My only negative would be the pool. The Rosen Inn International had a much more inviting pool. We considered going but found it small and not very appealing. Other than that the hotel and staff was brilliant."

"Full transparency so someone doesn’t think the same thing we did! My only complaint is I wish the breakfast was better. From the pictures it looks like a full hot breakfast but once you get their it’s just a tiny omelet, a small muffin, juice, milk, cereal, and a waffle if you want to make one. That’s it. Other than that the room was great! Very close to all the universal parks, it was like a $10 uber to the parks, you can easily walk to restaurants etc from the location of the property, id definitely stay again!"
