"This hotel is a typical Hampton Inn and consistently what we expect and why we feel comfortable with every Hampton nationwide. Always clean, bathrooms are great, bed is super soft. Later checkout for Hilton Honors, great hot breakfast. This hotel was a bit older in the Hampton Line-up, but great as always. 20 minute drive to downtown Charleston, but easy. Very close to Walgreens, grocery, etc. NICE area. "

"Loved our two nights here. The hotel is in the middle of several bars/restaurants with lots of activity. We sat on the balcony watching the boats and dolphins going by. Not a quiet place to stay until about 11 then it gets nice and quiet. Rooms are a bit outdated but the pool and view make up for it. "

"Staff was friendly. Our room however smelled horrible upon arriving. There also seemed to be an issue with the shower. It’s in a good location to downtown."
