On the River, Downtown Estes Park, Close to RMNP Entrance

Great Location

"Karine, the property manager, was very easy to communicate with. Check-in and check-out instructions were very clear and easy! I would absolutely stay here again with my family of four (two children under age 12).The condo was neat, clean and efficient. The kitchen was small but perfectly adequate for making breakfast and lunches. Loved the water views from the front and back decks! Very, very easy to walk to downtown Estes. My only suggestion would be to add mirrors in the bedrooms to help ease the burden of use on the upstairs bath. In a perfect world you could squeeze in a small card table downstairs, too! Thanks for being a great spot for us to enjoy one of our favorite places on earth! "
