"The staff could not have been nicer. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The price was incredible for getting to fall asleep and wake up to the sound of a rushing river. I appreciated the hard boiled eggs at the continental breakfast."

"This property was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances for eating in. The river behind the property was very clear and we saw many elk right outside the sliding door. Location in Estes Park was ideal as the Main Street with many local shops and restaurants were within walking distance. We would definitely stay there again."

"The place was quiet, and peaceful. Just a couple of miles outside of town, towards the Northeast entrance of RMNP. We arrived at approximately 5:30, and although the office was closed, our key and stay-paperwork was waiting for us. Expectations may be different in the Summer season, but we loved the convenience and quiet of this place! We saw wild turkeys in the driveway, right next to our car, and elk and deer, nearby. "
