"The hotel is older but beautifully remodeled. It is connected by indoor walking to souvenier shopping, the Hershey store, Casino, a food court, Starbucks, and the Hard Rock Cafe. There was an excellent view of the Falls from our room. The only 2 issues were the bathroom has a pedestal sink, so no counter space and the air conditioning blows very softly. We are hot natured and wanted it to be cooler, but it never did cool down anymore. Everyone on staff was very friendly."

"The view of the hotel was amazing. Although the roof and ceiling has water damaged and very poor maintaining but it could be repaint and fixable other then the stuff was very friendly and very nice ."
