"This is a really great property in an amazing location. We had the Magnolia apartment and the living room and bedrooms are huge. The palazzo is beautifully restored and it is such a comfortable place. We were able to get a water taxi directly to and from so no dragging luggage around Venice. I highly recommend staying here. "

"We booked last-minute and were lucky to get a lovely room. The staff were kind and helpful, even providing ice when one of our party hit their head on a poorly located room-safe door. The bed was comfortable but the sofa, which is also a pull-out, was not as it did not close fully. The breakfast buffet was excellent and varied, with both American-style and European-style dishes."

"Hotel is in a fantastic location very central and easy to get to from the public water taxis nearest stop 5mins away or private water transfer 1min from nearest doc. Rooms are a bit small but it is central Venice, basic but very traditional and it was good value, clean tidy and a good continental breakfast sets you up for the day. If you don’t want or can’t afford 5 luxury this place is perfect and rooms were air conditioned a perfect base for a city break stay."
