"Perfect distance to everything we wanted to do. A short walk to the Royal Mile, easy access to the airlink route and lots of restaurants and cafes very close! Very quiet and comfortable room with plenty of space. Staff were lovely also. "

"Great Location, lovely room and bathroom however the shower water pressure was terrible like a dripping pipe. A shame as it was a lovely bathroom with premium gel and shampoo. Very nice staff as well"

"We stayed in the smaller room, which wasn’t quite what we expected as the photos made it look larger. The table and chair felt oversized for the space, and the window was a bit difficult to open. The kitchen being downstairs from the bedroom was a great idea, though, and very convenient. The room could use a few touch‑ups, but overall the building is nice. The tram and buses are just down the road, making it easy to get into the town centre and to the airport."
