"Lovely hotel, located 10 min away from the city centre on a lovely quiet street. Situated very closely to the National Portrait Gallery on one side and a fantastic small Scandinavian bakery on the other. The staff was very friendly, the room was very big and clean and the beds were comfortable. There were some occasional noise from the room above (floors were squeaky). Excellent value for money. "

"Clean, spacious and well equipped room - had everything i needed for a comfortable stay, and a comfy bed. Perfect location for city centre and Waverley station. Wouldnt be suitable for those who needed accessibility support due to old building limitations - no lifts. A little noisy at times - could maybe improve sound proofing on room doors and between floors, but didnt spoil my visit. Staff friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast with cooked vegetarian option. Would definitely stay here again /...
