"We did not get the "luxury suite" that was pictured when I booked it. It was a tiny room in the basement instead of a large suite on the 2nd floor. Poor advertising indeed. Also, since our flight arrived at 9 am, they told us we could leave our luggage safely at their other property. At this property, all bags were stacked in the hallway next to the main entrance... Not very safe at all. Anyone could have taken anything. No lockup, no security."
