"今回高校生だけの旅行で使わせていただきました。 事前に質問を送ったところ、丁寧に回答いただき安心して宿泊できました。 荷物を先に送りたいと伝えたところ、竹水は無人のため受取不可なのですが、近くの提携店（竹のや）で受取可能でした。竹のやのスタッフさんはとても親切で素晴らしい対応をしていただきました。 部屋は清潔、広い、立地が良い、テレビが大きき、ベッドふかふか、全てにおいて大満足でした。シャワールームが狭かったので、近くの銭湯に行きました。朝はシャワールームを利用しました。 また利用したいです。"
