"Gutes Hotel in zentraler Lage direkt am Hauptbahnhof. Optimaler Standort für einen Bummel durch die Stadt. Die Armaturen im Bad sind alt, aber sauber. Freundliches Personal. Reichhaltiges Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse mit sensationeller Aussicht. Wir kommen gerne wieder."

"A recent, clean hotel located in a not-so-clean part of town. The staff was okay but not overly friendly. The room is basic and definitely geared toward a younger clientele. The major pluses are the proximity to Napoli Centrale and the buffet breakfast, which offered far more choices than usual. A convenient albeit bland hotel."

Good location for Duomo Metro and the main Central railway station. Nicola and the staff were friendly and professional and always seemed to be on duty! The breakfasts were great! Lots to choose from! Thank you for a wonderful stay in Napoli."

"We stayed three nights under two reservations, the first two nights were great, but we had to move rooms for the second reservation. Thats when the trouble started. Nothing worked. The air conditioner didn’t work, the safe was broken by the previous guest. The kettle was broken. And then the wifi didn’t work, apparently for the whole building. This was a small operation with 6-8 rooms on the 4th floor of the building and it was fully occupied, so we couldn’t move rooms. We stayed...

"Our stay here was excellent. The room was very clean and the staff were all very friendly. The location was perfect - walking distance to many different landmarks and the central train station. Upon arrival we were given a map and recommendations for things to do and places to eat, which was appreciated. We really liked the breakfast system as well - having breakfast delivered each morning was a treat.
Some small annoyances we want to call out:
- while the breakfast in the morning was great,...

"The staff was so friendly and helpful. Gave great tips on how to get around, places to see and eat. They were able to check us in early as well. Breakfast in the morning was good and convenient. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and we had a balcony. The room was refreshed daily as well. We were a little away from the main historic center which is what we wanted so it was quiet and there was a great restaurant on the same block for dinner and good rooftop bars close by. The train station...

"Staff was super kind, helpful, and attentive! Room was incredibly clean but on the small side (even by European standards). However, the mattress was wonderfully comfortable and since we were just staying one night, the size of the room was no issue.
Breakfast was amazing! They have a wonderful system that allowed you to order breakfast to be delivered to your room. It did not disappoint and was delivered promptly at the time we had chosen.
A nice perk was that the property had an elevator....
