"The hosts are so sweet. Breakfast is very good they will cook eggs and bacon fresh for you. The rooms are very clean with fresh flowers a lovely touch. There is a small bar where you can have nightcap. The area around has lots of restaurants and bars. The square seems a little sketchy but we had no problems and felt very safe. "From the moment I booked my stay at this property, I was already in constant communication with Freddy at the front desk for whatever questions I may have. Freddy set up my hotel pick both ways. It was easy and comfortable. Javier was also punctual as much as he can. I took the tram to the mountains to see the views of Quito then spent 4 hrs at the Middle of the World park. On my last day, Javier and I walked around Old Town & visited the Basilicas. Such a beautiful & clean city! Villa De Sant is perfectly located a few steps from the Artisanal market as well. Breakfast was free & great. At one point for my Cotopaxi trip, Diego (night shift) cooked me breakfast since I had to leave early for the tour. Hotel has a more personable family vibe. Very relaxing & comfortable. I didn’t feel unsafe even walking around the neighborhood. Lobby has lots of character depicting Ecuador on the paintings. Highly recommend this place when in Quito! "
