"Everything was very nice at the hotel. The people at the front desk were very nice and helpful with checking in and out. The room was nice, although the bed could’ve been a little softer. Overall I would definitely stay here again on my next trip!"
"Room had an excellent view, and included breakfast for premium rooms was great. Check-in/out was easy and painless and we had easy access to transportation."
"Nice place to stay for the price, room was smaller than expected for sure but mainly used it to rest sleep and shower after walking and sight seeing. 7/11 and Family Mart within 2 minutes walking down stairs, train station so close and a food places within walking distance. You can have your room cleaned just place the magnet on your door, fresh towels and tooth brushes provided along with 2 bottles of water. AC could be just a few degrees colder in summer but was just fine.
Would stay again but maybe a larger room next time!"
"It located in a heart of Ginza very convenient area. The hotel is clean and user friendly. The staff members are all friendly and professional. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Thank you. "
