"The location is great, heart of Lajpat Nagar but that’s the only good thing about this hotel. The reception is unfriendly, WiFi is slow, and their was a mouse in my room. The reception does not care if you have an issue with anything. Their are cheaper hotels that have much better service. When I told the reception about how slow the internet is they said my phone is the problem but it’s not. They don’t care if you have mouse in your room they won’t change it.
