"Stayed here twice over last two weeks, first room great, clean, nice shower, slept well. Second time unfortunately different part of the hotel, window overlooked the courtyard with all the vents coming on and off theough the night quite noisy so didnt sleep well, and shower/tap had problems so not much power/went everywhere and bad Internet signal. Should have asked to have been moved!"

"Interesting concept, does what it says on the tin. Room looked well maintained and clean. Bed comfortable, pillows lovely, tv operational and managed to catch up with corrie and emmerdale, bathroom clean and sufficient - drain a bit smelly but my shower oils masked the smell and I just shut the door before nodding off"

"The lifts are not safe I was stuck in a lift for 40 minutes the lift was stuck on the 3 rd floor With the doors locked Eventually the fire brigade broke thru the doors I have filed a report with the hotel I videos to support my experience "

"A very lovely place. All staff was very helpful. Kelly was super great as we got in from a long day of travel. The hotel decorations and details very nice. Beds comfortable. Great location to river and shops. I would definitely recommend to others. "
