The whole experience was wonderful. Food was spot on. Beverages hit the spot. The room was wonderful. Our time spent here gave us the break from our day to day grind. We left more relaxed than we have ever been on holiday. Just wonderful!

This is a beautiful and cozy house, aged but well maintained. The host is really kind and nice. Rooms are clean, beds are comfy, breakfast is fantastic. Kids love to play with the dog. Everything is wonderful, highly recommended.

The room was gorgeous and Sue is the kindest person. Lots of attention to detail and the little things that make your stay special. One issue was low water pressure in the shower due to a temperamental electric device that runs the shower head.

Located in a beautiful area all around green fields. We really enjoyed our stay there. Breakfast and servie was good.

Wonderful bed and breakfast to stay during weekend getaways. I was a tourist from the USA and the property owners were polite, attentive and courteous. The room was spacious with windows overlooking the lake. I would highly recommend this location for you future stays at the Lake District!

Great service, location, care for guests, phenomenal food. One of the best dinners I have ever had,. And the co-owner carried boih of our heavy bags up the steep stairs for us.

I enjoyed my stay at Norcroft Guest House. The staff members are kind. I was able to check-in early and was so grateful for that. I was offered a slice of lemon cake on arrival (delicious!) and offered fruit to take on my last morning when I wasn't going to be there for breakfast. The breakfast was tasty and delivered to my room at the time I requested. I would definitely stay here again if ever in Penrith in the future. Thank you! A really impressive property

Really enjoyed our stay at this modernized Victorian boutique hotel. Staff and owners were a major factor in making the stay so memorable. The updated property is immaculate, and has an excellent location in Keswick. Highly recommended as long as you don’t mind climbing stairs.
