"Very nice customer service however rooms were outdated but clean. Swimming facility over chlorinated and change rooms were not clean."

"The staff was very uncaring…the room was nothing like the photo outdated for sure and carpet was filthy…18th floor and no coffee machine had to go to bottom floor and stand in a line up to get a coffee and no breakfast nothing….very over priced for sure…the jacuzzi was not appealing at yellow in colour from age…was in elevator going down and it jerked with a bang to the point we thought we were falling to the bottom (whole spine was jolted). When I brought it to the staffs attention they made zero comment….I do have one good thing to say at least the coffee was good but the cups where too small no sooner got it that you were finished larger cups would be nice and a jug of cream not those silly little containers. That only held up the line ( counter way too small ) oh did I mentioned ice is only on certain floors and not on ours…no interest in returning and planning on passing the word on to friends"

"Excellent location, super attentive front staff, restaurant and spa attendants. The restaurant and lounge is great! Love the option for free bikes. Indoor parking is an asset. Rooms are very spacious for 4 with great tea and coffee options."

"Was a great girls trip! We were all between 45-70 years young and all had a great time. Rooms are very clean and spacious and all the staff were outstanding from front desk to the valets to housekeeping! One downfall is absolutely zero places to sit in any common areas. Pool was clean and we enjoyed our time there! "
