"Not a great place to stay.Reception unattended at all times, no there to help you. Staff don’t care about guests, stayed there more than a week and the room was not even serviced once, shower was really bad not water pressure,cold or hot water very hard to get warm water. The only good thing about the place is the location, walking distance to one of the lifts, and theres a shuttle running every morning to The Hilton Hotel so you can buy your lift pass"

"no food or drink in fright, but you said have . better buy some food for breakfast before go to hostel . air is fresh. in room curtain very dusty. in mid night some young guy still party. but polite. most machine need repair"

"Had a very pleasant stay at Australia House. Can't say enough good things about the staff and how helpful they were. Location couldn't be better as it is perfectly situated to all the best restaurants and bars in Hirafu. Would definitely stay with them again."
