"Lovely property and a very relaxing environment. Rooms well appointed and the restaurant for dinner was delicious. The site had a very nice shop for practical items, as well as gifts. Location is right on the lake and near the local attractions.
Room and package description could have been clearer, as well as more clarity on check-in time restrictions. Despite trying to contact the property well in advance of my stay - I only heard back from them on the day of arrival. Better communication...

"The outside of the buildings looked a little old, but inside, it was very clean and very comfortable with an impressive amount of helpful appliances for food and temperature/humidity comfort. The shower and bedroom were particularly nice.
I would have given this hotel a perfect 5 star rating, but unfortunately the bedroom window (Room #7) faced a separate residential house that had many very loud and annoying dogs that barked every day from 6am to 12pm without stopping. It was very hard to get...

10/10 Excellent
Exceptional Hospitality
What a wonderful little gem! Pension Arma is a small, charming place where the exceptional service truly makes you feel welcome and cared for. The hospitality was outstanding from beginning to end.
Both dinner and breakfast were simple, homemade-style meals, but absolutely delicious and prepared with care. Sometimes it’s the simplest food that leaves the best impression.
We stayed in a basic room, which was small, but perfectly adequate for a good night’s sleep....
