We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property was very clean, quiet, and private, which made it the perfect place to relax.
The staff were all incredibly kind and welcoming. We would especially like to thank the lady who served us during dinner and breakfast. She was very friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. Although her English was limited, she went above and beyond by using Google Translate to explain the menu and answer our questions. Hotel staff were accommodating, friendly, and knowledgeable. Easy vannservis in call for mountain any time from 8:30am-11am and 3-5pm daily - just a WhatsApp text and 10 minute drive away

The townhome was nice. Very clean and the reception desk & staff were extremely helpful & very timely when we called. Spacious home, heated floors very cozy. The shuttle service was good however being that it’s a little out of the city it would be more convenient to have a rental car. Wonderful & relaxing family holiday. The kitchen was also well equipped for cooking and staying in.

The Gondola Chalet was the perfect place for my group snowboarding at Grand Hirafu. Easy to find and check in.
The chalets are walking distance to the King Gondola. So easy to get to the mountain first thing in the morning.
The chalets have a great view, lots of room, very clean and everything you’ll need in the kitchen. We cooked at the chalet twice and walked to dinner nearby at some very yummy restaurants. This place is better than advertised.
The concierge is very helpful and even left us...
