"The staff was friendly and the cost was great,. The bathroom was tight and had no room to move around but the facility was old but clean. I would recommend for a budget traveler who only needs a place to sleep. this hotel met my expectations in terms of cleanliness. "

"This is an excellent area to stay. A short walk from the station, a convenience store nearby and lots of little ‘hole in the wall’ type bars and places to eat. The property itself, although smallish by western standards, is plenty big enough and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!"

"This is a small apartment. Fully set up for a stay, including cooking, washer dryer, small refrigerator. All direction for use is in Japanese. Easy walk to Kokubunji train station. Lots of good shopping. Small convenience st I re close by. Unless you are comfortable with dealing with ll anguage issues in the apartment, I would suggest a "regular" hotel."

"The property was exactly what we needed for our two week stay in Japan! We were left alone and weren’t bothered. There is a washer and dryer in the apartment however we found it didn’t dry our clothes very well. However there is within walking distance a laundry mat that was super easy to use and get to. Would recommend staying here for anyone wanting a cheaper stay and a little less touristy to get emerged into Japan. "

"We had a great stay here. It is not on a Tokyo metro line but it is close to a private train line. Not hard to find but we didn't get any directions to the property so we got a bit lost on the first day.The bed frames are not screwed together properly so I had to purchase some screws and a screw driver to make sure the beds don't collapse.Other than that the unit was nice and we fit 4 people with no issues."

"We stayed here for six days on our trip to Japan. The property is very nice and in a very nice neighborhood. Shinjuku station is a 30 minute walk, and in the neighborhood there’s plenty of local restaurants that are amazing, multiple Lawson, 7/11, and ministop konbini as well as a Seims and a BookOff all within 5-10 minutes walking. Kevin is a very kind host with lots of information and local tips as well! We had a wonderful stay and hope to be back soon!"
