"初めて利用しました。お風呂は普通の家庭と同じ大きさのユニットバスが部屋についています。シンプルな部屋で時計やテレビがない分、ゆっくり過ごすことができました。久しぶりに会った友達と修学旅行みたいに過ごせて楽しかったです。３階の部屋を利用しましたが、夜間隣の部屋の話し声が聞こえることもありませんでした。 2階には24時間使えるラウンジがあります。一部飲み物も無料で提供しており良心的です。お風呂と夕食は近隣の施設を利用しました。駅近だし飲食店も歩いて行けますので不便さはありません。朝食はサンドイッチと飲み物の提供があります。カフェのメニューがとても美味しそうです。一階のカフェは朝7時からオープンしており宿泊者だけでなく登山前のお客さんもいました。朝から夜まで空いているので登山後に帰る前にお茶をしたりちょっと遅めのランチも食べられます。オプションで焚き火体験を追加しました。初めてでしたがチェアーや薪割り道具も全て揃っています。焚き火でベーコンやマシュマロを焼いたり、ワイワイ楽しめました。このエリアは初めて訪れましたが、また利用したいと思います。"

"Hotel booked in the Knot it Tokyo was very small and no amenities were given except shampoo, conditioner, and brush. No other toiletries were provided like lotion or other things It will be nice they offer airport shuttle or offer limousine shuttle reimbursement hotel is far away and it’s hard for new people to make arrangements. We were lucky that at the airport. Somebody guided us to do orange limousine bus. Mitsui Garden Hotel Kyoto Station was booked for Kyoto was five star great amenities beautiful room bigger room and was right close to the train station five minute walk I would highly recommend Kyoto hotel to everybody. I love Expedia and I have been loyal to you guys and use all your service I love the experience you offer . We had great experiences every thing we booked."

"The room was clean and a good size. The buffet breakfast had a wide selection of food. I was initially worried when I saw that the mochas came out of machines, but the machines made very good mochas! The beds were a little on the hard side but not too bad. We had amazing massages in the spa on the 34th floor! The staff were very nice and helpful. It is in a good location. It is not too far from Shinjuku station. There are also many food options nearby and a 7-Eleven in the hotel, which was super convenient. There is also a virtual reality thing in the hotel that was fun. Overall, a great stay!"

"Great staff that was friendly and very helpful. Great location, just minutes away from the popular Shinjuku shops, restaurants, and arcades. The only downside was the bathroom smelled like mold and there was mold on the walls in the bathroom. It was a short stay and we told the staff, so hopefully they address it."
