"Staff service from everyone on the property was amazing, always a lovely smile from every person in each department I came across. My only complaint is that the beds in 5126 might need an update, very shaky and I did not have a lot of confidence in them. Also the portable AC made the carpet yet and any clothes near it wet. I do have to say, it added to the historical feeling of the building haha! Would stay again either way!"

"The shower curtain was a little too short or the shower bar holding it too high. Water would drip on the floor and had to use many towels to clean up the water. No problem, just thought you might like to know. Your staff is exceptional and recommended several restaurants close by. "
