"Stunning room, felt like a queen! "

"Overall it was good. Friendly staff.Beds was comfy and sheets was clean. Only down side was the room 334 we had was abit dusty. Blinds had a layer of dusts and inside the cups that was provided. A drawer had used pair of socks in them. "

"We always stay at the Future Inns when we come to Cardiff - we tried an alternative hotel once but won't do that again! Future Inns is always clean, tidy, quiet and excellent quality - we always book a Suite now because it's not much more money for twice the space - the sitting room area is just lovely to chill out in and just have that extra bit of room. The carpets are good quality, the bathroom is clean and the shower is powerful enough! All in all, it's the place we go back to everytime now and love it."

"Lovely hotel with a really nice underground pool which you can use for 1 hour, we chose 7-8pm and we were the only ones there! The hotel is about a 5 minute walk from all of the main shops and about 7-8 minutes from the Charlotte street car park which had loads of spaces. If I stay in bath again I would choose this hotel"

"We had a wonderful stay! We felt that it was really good value for money. The hotel was beautifully clean and tidy and looked modern. The spa and pool were lovely and easy to locate and access. The rooms were great and the rooms were really spacious and comfortable. The staff went above and beyond when welcoming us into the hotel and made my 4 year old feel really special. We will be back again! "
