"This was our second visit to Fistral hotel and it was just as good this time as we remembered the first time. The food is always so good, the breakfast totally worth the price, the hotel itself is lovely, has a chilled vibe and perfect views of the beach. But most of all the staff are so attentive, nothing is too much trouble, everyone is so friendly & seem so happy to be there. Best hotel we’ve ever stayed in by far! Can’t wait to go back again !!!"

"Sarah, the owner, gave fantastic service and made great efforts to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for Lusty Glaze beach (or Newquay beach/town centre), the breakfast was reasonably priced as an extra, and parking was free. The room was basic and a little tired, but given the positives it was good value for money. Wouldn’t have stayed if planning to spend lots of time in the room, but was a great base to explore."

"Paid extra for a room with a view. The view was great, but the room was so tiny. There was a desk just about big enough for the kettle and tea tray. The bed was about 18 inches behind it. So not possible to sit at the desk with the laptop working. Parking was a problem. Dont be misled, The hotel has parking, but only 6 places for the 20 odd rooms plus resturant patrons. Not once did i get a space. If you are lucky you might find a space on the road outside, but parking is restricted to between...

"We had a lovely stay,the staff were very friendly and helpful,food was very good and not too pricey. The only negative was that there was a constant humm coming from some machinery on the roof.the sea view room was fabulous and well worth the extra,don’t be put off by first impressions"
