"This was a wonderful stay and experience for our family! The only hiccup was not receiving the check-in code via email the day of. But that was solved in seconds with a quick phone call. The flat was wonderful. Kitchen and laundry (with toilet) in basement level, family room on ground floor, and a bedroom with full bath on each of the upper floors (4 levels total). "Zara and Brendan’s home was the perfect stay for our London trip. Their home is well-positioned for travel around the city and beautifully decorated (a “How to Decorate” masterclass for me, personally). Their home was clean, spacious, and comfortable for our group of three.
