"Had their own parking garage. Location of the hotel was very good- walking distance to many places."

"we absolutely loved this place. it's in the middle of being renovated, and even though we stayed in one of the older rooms, it was still updated, clean and super spacious. we were in town off-season, and it's about a mile walk to downtown salem. the walk is pretty easy, maybe two streets depending on where you're headed, and felt safe at night as well. i can see this being a great option for peak-season as it's a bit further out, but still easily walkable, and a great way to avoid having to find and pay for parking downtown. my favorite perk - there's a dunkin literally steps away from the property. the property itself is well lit with a huge, open parking lot and a central gathering space with cozy swinging chairs and music, just a cool place to unwind and read a book. the room was HUGE, and very comfortable. i look forward to returning when the property's renovations are complete."

"Everything was outstanding "

"Staff was very nice and kind. Airline had lost my suitcase and i had nothing but the clothes on my back and staff got me a ride to get some things at Target and took me back to the airport, so i could file a claim for my bag. Very nice!"

"Staff was wonderful. We needed a rollaway, no problem. Help with directions, they got you. Want suggestions, yup helped there too. Breakfast was wonderful and we got lucky with parking. They have it available at a lot down the street, but I got a spot right out front. Wonderful stay. "
