"Valet parking was a joke. If it wasn’t for the front desk check in employee who was great ,I would have given the whole stay one star."

"First, when we arrived front desk staff said my room wasn't ready. After I stated I called and payed an extra fee for early checkin. Then he said all of sudden a room a room was availabe. We had to pay to park. Even though we were staying overnight. "

"Toilet seat was missing a screw and was loose and hanging. Bed was so old I felt like I was sleeping in a ditch . Tub stopper was broke so when you took a shower tub filled up - had to stick a plastic bottle in there to keep it open. Refrigerator ice maker was broken - NO ICE MAKERS ANYWHERE! Close to PNC is great but WON’T STAY HERE AGAIN ! "

"My favorite part of the stay was their excellent breakfast buffet including scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, potatoes, pastries, bagels (even with lox, capers and red onions) plus a waffle maker, cereals, oatmeal, fruits, yogurt, etc. It was a true breakfast buffet! Besides that, the beds were very comfortable, the rooms quiet (except the air conditioner was a bit noisy), the parking free and access and the grounds were well kept."
